Orders are processed and baked fresh after you place your order. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order preparation before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address:

    • Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days
    • Expedited shipping: 2 to 3 business days
    • Overnight shipping: 1 business day (available for select areas)

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount. Any free shipping promotion will be clearly stated on our website.

Packaging

All baked goods are carefully packaged in food‑grade, tamper‑evident containers to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit. We use insulated packaging and ice packs for perishable items when necessary.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for reshipment costs.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
